    If this is just a basic violation (eg speeding) and not DUI or something more serious, just pay. There is no hope in Staten Island. If you are in the Vehicle Traffic Court at the DMV, there are generally two "judges." One is very bad, and the other is worse. EVERYONE is guilty. Period. Next Case. Most lawyers won't touch it, and if you do find one, just add their fee to the fine you will end up paying anyway.

    I contacted Frank Desousa and yeah he said he dont do S.I. thats why I asked here to see if there was anyone else.
