TRANNY IDIOT LIGHT FLASHING??? 355 F-1

Ok.

FIRST Just had the ENTIRE clutch replaced. Just got the car back and had the entire clutch replaced.Everything was great 1st weekend out.Now I've got the a tranny idiot light flashing at different times suddenly and not sure whats up YET.

Not sure if it's related but prior to this the indicator (gear select # 1,2,3,4,5,6)was flashing one evening in 1st and second "but " went away mysteriously??

The clutch also feels like it's all "jerky" from a dead stop until it engages.In sport mode the gear change's are usually "snappy" and thats feeling like sport mode is off now(as in the snappiness is not happening).

I went through the programming process "as per my mechanic" to calibrate the clutch.As in when you cycle the ignition 5 times (start and shut down) then followed up by 2 times start put in 1st and hold brake pedal down while idleing etc.

What ever it is its affecting it's drivability now and I'm at a loss as to what it might be????

Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is???
