Trans light on can only shift 1st and 2nd gear.

Yesterday in my 360 F1 i went to road trip and driving like 1 hour and in a moment the car start to sound a beep beep and slipping the clutch when i upshifts (clutch is like 2000 miles installed and also installed a new clutch position sensor) and then in a traffic light its stop the sound. I stop to eat something and when i start the car again the transmission light came on and only i can shift first and second gear. I went to my home very slowly and today i get the car and scan with an SD3 and get 2 error codes that says: Gearbox Input Revolution and Box input Revolution. We make a self learning and erase the codes and when i driving it comes again the codes and trans light on and can only shift 1st and 2nd gear, what this means..

I cleaned the 2 Angular sensors that are in the gearbox and the speed sensor also and was very dirty. Put the battery switch on and samething, trans light on and only 1st and 2nd gear. Do i need to go and erase the code with the sd3 or it supposed to turn the light off and work like it should be?

Any ideas?
