Anybody have their transmission light flicker for a split second when downshifting 2 gears down at a time? Happens to me about 1/3 of the time, would it be low hydraulic fluid for a split second? The tank is up to the correct level.

    It's possible.

I was trying to look at the hydraulic diagram to see the order of the lines and actuators to see if downshifting 2 at a time really exercises these at a higher rate.

From your expertise is this anything to worry about?

Well naturally shifting several times rapidly will consume more of the available hydraulic pressure but it should take more than 2 shifts to trigger the light. I can make the light come on on any 360 by shifting 6 or 7 times very rapidly. The pump simply cannot keep the pressure up in that circumstance, it was never designed to. The accumulator stores enough pressure for any conceivable need and when low the pump replenishes it. But if a great demand is placed just when it was at it's lower pressure limit and a multiple shift (3 or 4 gears) is done it can trigger the light. It may also be an indicator the pump or accumulator is weak or the pressure switch isn't correct.

Have you read the owners manual? There is no fluid level sensor. That's not what the light is for.

What is the order of lines and what would that have to do with anything?

it happens on my car often after a long drive on the freeway, but it shifts fine.

If I drive for 15-20 minutes without shifting, first shift flashes the light. Normal around town driving it never happens. Dealer says everything checked out good on my car, I know its not normal but over 15k miles in 2 years and it still shifts fine (done it since first day of ownership).

Your F1 pump either couldn't keep up with pressure demand by you, or you accumulator is internal leak nitrogen and could not stored enough pressure/energy upon your request when shift. If you drive gentle it will shift fine...Try to punch it on the highway and red line on your shift, you will find your light will blink follow by beep sound. Or in your case, if you shift if rapid multiple time, it will also give you that warning...It just a matter of time you will notice it will get worse.
You can either narrow it down by perform process of elimination or wait till it gets bad then just do the part that failed on you.
I don't have any recommendation for you other then start looking. But in my case, I have a high resistance in my pump, when I shift a lot or when gets hot, the pump gets weak and would not keep up the pressure I ask for. Same symptom as you indicate from your car.
