Anybody recalls an aftermarket targa top made of plexiglass for 308/328? The dealer(maker?) was in NJ, I believe, and I never heard from them again...it was in the early '90s...Anybody?

Clear plexiglass T top? Big greenhouse effect. Plus, more uv rays to bleach /ruin your upholstery/fade away colors.....crack plastic, etc.

Kinda reminds me of those clear plastic/vinyl ladies shoes you see around occasionally worn by ladies....

What part of the country are you from, anyway...no profile??

I used Saratoga Tops daily on my 70' Corvette for at least 15 years with no ill effects on the interior- they were NOT clear though.
I believe someone here bought one for the 308 a month or 2 ago from Ebay.(close to $1000 I think)

I have one on my Ferrari. It's great. More headroom and airy interior feel. Smoked so no excess light or heat issues. Only slightly heavier than OEM top.

Now that's a surprize, but I suppose that makes sense - fiberglass vrs. plexi.
