Any suggestions for economical car transport from Norcal to Connecticut? Looking to move a passenger sedan (i.e. nothing fancy) for my son over the next few weeks.

I was in the exact same situation (Honda Civic), so I thought I would save money by dealing with a cheaper, non-enclosed transport company. I called on Global Atlantic Transport. The car arrived TWO WEEKS LATE. Additionally, the car had 8 extra miles on the odometer. Meanwhile, my poor girlfriend had to walk to work and back until the car arrived. Uphill. Both ways. Ha ha kidding, but she did have to walk a couple of miles to work for about a week.
I have used Intercity Lines I think three times, and one of those times, the price was the same as the cheaper line! Their service is perfect.

Can't say enough good things about Intercity. Used them last November.
