I have a 360, not had it long. I like to know if it is normal to have the battery on charge in the winter months whilst it is not being as used much. I had to charge it the other day as it had gone flat..I have had the battery checked and it was ok but left for 2 weeks it struggles to start is this normal.? PS Sorry if this has been thrashed to death on here as I havn't done a thread search..
tickle charging on any car is a good idea over long periods of storage. Say as an examole 30 days. Especially for a 360 due to the location of the battery. If it goes dead it is diffucult to remove to charge it. NEVER JUMP START A 360!!!! You can short cicuit the dash lights and instruments and its a new dash for you. Lights are controlled by fiber optics and the fix is 10K USD. Ask me how I know!! Jon in Delaware
Cheers Jon Hell!!! I have jumped it twice....everything seems ok though its in the passenger footwell it is not the correct battery I dont think but it doesnt seem that hard to get out..anyway it is normal it for it to require a trickle charge though yeh..?
Ferrari makes a tender as well. 140 USD (Thats almost free with the UK pounds conversion) at Ricambi. Works perfect for mine all winter.
