    Geoff Healey (in one of his books) writes about using that engine/transaxle in one of their Healey Special Test Cars. The problem, it seems, was that they couldn't carry enough oil on board, as it had a very healthy appetite!

    They never used it again, so I suspect they put the car back the way they found it and tried to get their money back via a sale.

    I would assume that this car is 0208/0540, in which case the answer would be "Yes."

    That car was 0208/0540. Is this the car in the ad? If so, is it really the car that Trintignant drove at Monaco in '55 or was that "002?"
