Did Ford not buy the naming rights?

 

Yes, Ghia never touched ANY of the falcon range.

It was in use until recently when J mays stepped in to remove all Ghia badges from new Ford products.
the new G6 etc is a play with letters...the 'G' stands for Ghia.
the new prestige level is called Titanium (territory, Mondeo etc).

 

towing issue,mate and i often towed his race car behind a XF sports pack EFI wagon,never an issue,it did have larger transmission oil cooler on it.
ex Dino206/246 owner.

 

I use to hate the bogans seeing the REAL Ghia badges on my 2300S and asking why I put Ford badges on my car

The XK140 roadster is regarded as the best looking XK of the lot.

Serious money JM. I read about one that sold at auction 5 years ago for $400K or so in the USA.

I'm told they are crap to drive; but by God they are stunning to look at.

 

You might be right by looking at picture 4. It doesn't look like a corner that you need to lean into.

Having said that. I wouldn't be complaining.
