I have been reading the threads on this chat room, and I think I'm convinced that you guys are 355 experts and know more about it than all the dealerships here in Kuwait. Here's my story:
I bought a 99' 355 spider with 21,000 miles (which is considered brand new in Kuwait). It had reinforced manifolds by QVLondon, which turned out to be "leaking"/ broken. I keep getting the slow down sign. Also, the car needs a service, so I was told to buy a "tuning kit".
Note: Weather temperature here reaches 50 C (120 F), but I drive it only at night when it cools (100F is considered cool here). My questions are:

What manifolds should I install and from where)?
Where can I buy reasonably priced tuning kits / 355 parts?
Does BMC`s CDA + Air Filter help my 355 survive in our weather, or do I have to park it till winter?

Just drive the car mate. The temp here through summer averages around 40C+ and goes up to 45C all the time. My 348 never has any issues in that heat. :)

I would say service the car per specifications and just enjoy it. I had mine out today in 85+ Deg F. with the AC on and the temp never went above 200 in standing traffic. Granted I didn;t do it for long, but the fans did their job. Big difference between 85 and 120 but just be aware of the car and you should be fine. Just my 02.

If they truly are QV London rebuilds, then contact QV London, as I know they will stand behind their work. Confirm what you have, contact them, they I would remove them and send them back for repair, or exchange.

This is what I think happens to the exhaust manifolds, with the slow down showing I'll bet your cats are bad, this in turn causes the manifolds to heat up and fail.

Replace the cats with test pipes or free flowing cats and as Dave suggested contact QV

Hi kuwait - you have a private message (didn't want to hijack the thread).

Thanks alot guys, I think I'll contact QV London and go from there. Anyone tried BMC`s Carbon Dynamic Airbox & or Air Filter, just curious to know if they actually help...
