    For those who subscribe to Porsche Panorama there is quite an extensive article by Randy Leffingwell on how the last '89 930 came about. Never mentioned who owns it (still the original owner). It was built as a US car and cost well north of a 959!. What a car!!!

    Sorry should have mentioned it is the monthly publication of the Porsche Club of America (PCA).

    It may be the last ’89 VIN, but it may not be the last production/tub 930 that rolled off the assembly line. Unlike the last '79 930's, where there’s hard evidence of a later production/tub with a 12/79 VIN decal, the “true” last ‘89 may remain a secret in the Porsche archives.

    Seinfeld owned he last air cooled 911, but not anymore. I suspect he (or one of the other big collectors) had it originally.
