    My trunk won't close shut because one latch is in the unlocked position while the other one is in the locked position? Anyway to reset this and have them both match to the unlocked position? Thank you in advance

    I assume you tried the button on the door, and tried the key under the trunk lid? to unlock.

    Thank you....the button worked "to a point" pulling the latch partially in. Then I pushed it the rest of the way and held it there with a tiny stick knowing that once the trunk closed, the stick would drop down into the trunk and out of the way.
