The middle tray between the seats lifts out, you will see a loop, pull the loop and the trunk opens.

CTEK chargers are not designed to recharge a flat battery. You need a regular charger for that and better to disconnect the battery before charging. Or just do what most of us do, and just replace the battery.

Ferraris do not like being jump-started and you can do damage doing it. Try this procedure and see if it clears some of the faults. Otherwise, you may be in for a long run of professional help and replacements.

    Run Cycle

    Run cycle.

Turn battery disconnect switch off and turn off all accessories (stereo, A/C, etc).

Let engine get completely cold or wait at least 30 minutes.

    Reconnect disconnect switch.

    Disarm immobilizer.

Insert key in ignition and leave for 30 seconds.

Turn ignition to on and leave for 30 seconds.

Turn ignition off and leave for 30 seconds.

Turn ignition on, wait for Check OK, and start. May have to disarm immobilizer again if 120 seconds have elapsed since last fob actuation.

Let idle with no input whatsoever for 10 minutes.

Turn accessories back on and drive gently for 10-15 minutes at least.

I have disconnected the battery, charged it overnight with a standard battery charger, reconnected the battery and went through the protocols with no problems.

I would only add that the connection from the battery to the C-tek had a plastic connection that was intermittent. That wire is now hard wired into what was a plastic connector. The result is no more running the battery down when you think it's charging.
