    I need to have some wheels refinished and I'm leaning towards powder coating. I'd also like to have it done locally so I can meet with the technician and expect the results then and there.

    Any tips are appreciated!

    Had my wheels done by Ship Point Machine in California, MD--St. Marys County----but they are SLOW!!!! There are a few places guys recommended in the past in the DC area---maybe they will chime in here

    you might want to call competizione and see who they use. they get a lot done, but i don't know the name.

    If they're aluminum should be no problem..
    If they're magnesium make sure you discuss out-gassing, as I've heard it to be problematic w/powder coating them.
