    I am trying to reach Carl at Black Horse Motors in Los Angeles to obtain some service records. I spoke to him about 6-8 weeks ago, but now the phone number says not in service. Did he move?     Me too, he had told me about 6 months ago that he was moving the shop to Newbury Park, but was not going to change the phone number.
