I am trying to swing a trade for this porsche for my 1993 Ferrari 348 GTS speciale #71. Anyone have input? Mine is a 43K car, kevlar interior, great shape, no stories, hugely documented car cared for by Competezione most of its life. recent new radiators, wheels, tires, fluids, etc...
Appreciate comments versus a 07-08 911 trade. Anyone with experience with this dealer?

No experience with that dealer but are you wanting to trade for that 2010 Caymen or a 07-08 911?

IVe been a cayman fan, like the handling, the looks and less maintenance after 2009. I also do like the 07-08 turbo 911s that are somewhat similar in cost of puchase, but mainenance can differ quite a bit. Leaning to the cayman.

thank you, Thats what I was thinking as well. I think it should be close anyway. Have been reading the threads elsewhere about the PDK transmission versus manual. Ive also read that pre 2009 were some problems with the differentials? Any credence to these if anyone knows? Ive been looking at 09 and up only, but if someone can let me know otherwise, there are a lot of very low mile 07-08 3.4L manual cars out there much cheaper!

You may need to add another $15-20K to your 348 to get into a Cayman S. Wholesale value on 348s is nowhere close to $57K.

Strategy-wise, I would go for the slightly used 997 instead. Depreciation is your friend.
