Hi currently i have my 575m with the tubi muffler. The sound is great when idle but to mild when moving.....thinking of adding the center section will it help improve the sound? Any video of the tubis with and without center section? Will there be problem with sensor or electronic if i change the stock center section? If yes, how to rectify?

You will get no improvement with an x pipe. 550 is a different story, 575 needs straight pipes, pull of the mufflers and replace with tubi straight pipes. Trust me I just got my car back with an xpipe addition and it adds nothing and may in fact quiet down the tubis. I also added the fhp, now that is a huge improvement and worth the 6k.

I thought an x-pipe only boosted the hp of cross-plane-crank V8s? Wouldn't it be better, hp-wise and sound-wise, to keep the two 6-cylinder banks of a v12 separated from each other?

    Agree 100%.
The 575M needs factory straight pipes in the center and just the addition of a rear exhaust. I prefer the Fuchs SS.

A center X-Pipe only quiets the 575M more.

Not sure why it is this way in the 575M.
    Maybe the cylinder firing order?

An X-Pipe normally just changes the tone of the exhaust, like a tuning mechanism. Not sure I'd count on HP gains. For my 2000 C5 Corvette, the X-Pipe was an amazing tonal difference. Smoothed out all the good sounds and removed the bad. Hard to describe.
