Tubi install question

Installing Tubi test pipes, Capristo Exhaust valve and Tubi exhaust. I have the exhaust valve and Tubi exhaust installed but the test pipes are not making contact. Is it not uncommon to have to adjust the secondary cats position in order to shift everything towards the front of the car and make connection? It looks like the clamps are adjustable and could be shifted forward. Thanks in advance for help.
