Send @sammyf a DM to start the process. He's the US contact for Trev.

Sam will take care of you. I think Trev is pretty busy right now though.

Have been lurking these 360trev tune threads on and off for years, and feel it's time to see how I can get one for my 00' 360.
Any idea on how I could get this tune in New Zealand? I think the closest tuner who may have done this might be based in Australia...
    Happy to do this remotely

I'm also willing to do it on my gated 360 ! Living in France. Where is the nearest contact for this?

    Thanks

I just got the 360 F1 Transmission update from @sammyf who is the US contact for @360trev. I’ve driven for 1.5 hours using Sport and also driving with sport off. The new settings are outstanding and it’s the way Ferrari should’ve done from the outset. The clutch engagement is so much smoother and quicker. The shifts happen as they should and at the proper pace. If the transmission would have had this programming from the factory, people would feel completely different about the F1. If you own a 360 with the F1, just get ahold of @sammyf and get the swap to the new F1 settings done. It is so worth it. No brainer. And if you’re anywhere near the San Fran Bay Area, you can get the swap done in person.

Will I see a big difference with the Trev tune if I have a gated manual 360? I already have a tune, but by someone else, with some mods (Tubi exhaust, Tubi high flow cats, Tubi manifold, Gruppe M air intake assembly).

Another 360Trev tune adopter here. Bought my converted CS about 5 months ago and have been enjoying it. My first CS and my first Ferrari. So, I had no reference point on how it should perform. It was fast but since day one, I've had intermittent CEL's, random codes, and even the SLOW DOWN light once. After copying them down, I'd clear the codes only for some of them to come back and for new ones to appear. Car ran fine aside from some occasional rough idling with cold starts but the codes were very annoying (took me forever to pass state inspection to get the car registered). I chalked it up to 20 year old Italian car finicky-ness (as a previous owner of a Diablo, I was very accustomed to glitchy Italian electronics).

Recently settled on a new exhaust setup and decided to go the route of an ECU flash to maximize performance vs just getting a mini-cat to keep the CEL away. Contacted Sam (@sammyf ) through the forum and had the tablet delivered. All you need to do is provide a 12V battery, an outlet for the tablet, and set up the connections. He does the rest with some guidance over the phone. Very helpful, very easy. He uploaded my existing software, sent it off to Trev, and I had the new tune loaded back into my car in less than 24 hours.

One thing came as a complete shock to me. After looking at my existing software, Sam/Trev determined that I was running stock manual Modena software!!! Since there is obviously no existing factory manual CS, apparently what some do after a conversion is load stock manual 360 Modena programming and call it a day. Not sure how any tuner would think this is 'fine' considering the differences in the cars, one of which is the larger MAF's on the CS. So, basically, I went from a stock 360 Modena to a CS PLUS with the new tune. Have only had time to put on about 10-15 miles since the change, but throttle inputs are much more direct now and midrange torque seems to be quite a bit better.

BTW, tip for anyone with a coupe, I think it's much easier to have Sam do the flash with the ECU's in-situ which avoids the hassle of having to R&R them from the car (which is a bit of a pain).

Looking forward to logging more miles this weekend.

(oh, added bonus. Trevor gave me a call tonight and we chatted about the tune and some of his other projects. Great talking to you @360trev !)

No removal of ECU? That's huge. I always thought removal was required.

So did I. Still have to remove the side panels and disconnect the harnesses but the ECU's can stay in the car.

I don’t blame the shop that did the mechanical part of the conversion. But whoever they used to program the ECU afterwards (I don’t know who it was) needs to not be in business

Glad your finally getting a proper CS gated experience :)

I have seen everything, fixed many many (lost count) botched upgrades to gated. Most people are blissfully unaware but there are over 100 different software versions for the 360 so its quite often that this happens. It isn't the first and won't be the last.

Really happy to help out and enjoy !
