We have a turducken every year. I think they are great. I usually order one from New Orleans. But this year I bought one from a local butcher. It was ok but I will go back to ordering them next year. No one can make them as good as the Cajuns. I think it has to do with the stuffing they use. One place to get a good one is Cajun Creations you can find them at www.cajuncreations.com They have one made with Shrimp and Crawfish Dressing that is great. I will go back to them for Christmas.

 

We're gonna have a TURDUCKEN for X-mas.

Hell yea I had one! Thing was a damn monster and just about as big!! Went around the bowl about twice and looked like a cobra!!!

 

If not your style, try a tofurkey...a turkey made from tofu... aaaaggghhhh.

 

I forgot to add that it was a "two-flusher."

 

With or without a "Will-not"?
