Anyone have any experience/opinions on installing a turbo timer in an F40?

I just make sure that I idle the motor for a few minutes before I shut it down. I have an electric gate in front of my house, so after I spin the tires coming up the street, I have to wait for my gate to open. Then I have to get out and open the garage door. Sort of a built in turbo timer.... :)

I slow down a little for the gate to open, but I try to time it so just as I turn I can keep it rolling (there is a steep hill climb just past my gate). Maybe I'll take my electric garage door opener off and that will make my wait a little better. ;)

just a waste of $. I can't see the $200 or so. Just let it cool down, worse case scenario, you blow the turbos and then you have to upgrade to the LM spec turbos!

Except that I already HAVE the LM turbos. Just trying to protect them. :)
