Image Unavailable, Please Login I got an Early start this year with a pot luck at work. It is a 22 pound smoked Turkey. It was Brined for 12 hours then placed in my Bradley smoker with a mix of Cherry and Apple. 250 degrees for 13 Hours. A sample shows a lot of juice and falling off the Bone. The flavor is awesome too.

Winner, winner turkey dinner! :) That looks great.
I was thinking either using the roti or smoking, or just go totally bonkers and do a rib roast.

I did a prime rib a while back and it was very good. I am a big smoked meats fan.

We cracked it open for lunch today after a sterno reheat and it was juicy and well flavored. Many compliments.

Not surprised. Another thing I like about smoked turkey, is that it seems to reheat better/retain moisture than regular cooked turkey...T
