    Hi Everyone,

Looking for some help here before I bring the car in to my indy to diagnose as I'm wondering if it's a common issue.

Car is a 2004 360 Modena with an F1 trans and 53 000 km (34 000miles). The car drives perfectly; no codes, no weird issues. However when I turn the Traction control off, the car no longer lets me downshift. I am able to upshift all the way to 6th, but at no point can I come down even 1 gear.

Turning off ASR has no impact on shifting, as it should.

Anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this?

Traction control? Do you mean the LOW GRIP mode for slippery/wet roads? Check your Owners Manual. LOW GRIP mode restricts what you can do.

This clarifies my issue; I don’t have an issue lol. Thank you so much!

What a strange “mode” for a car of this type…

If you ever drive in "Dicey" conditions, the mode is not strange at all ;)
