I recently read an article on Ferrari tours in Tuscany Italy on www.dolcemag.com. It sounds like a great trip test driving a different Ferrari everyday!!

Has anyone ever done these types of tours? Summer is around the corner and would love some reviews before I book. http://www.dolcemag.com/?p=3579
Red Travel tours seems like a well organized tour company.
    thanks

Check out this thread, http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=238446, it was posted in the UK section last week.

The thread started about spotting my car in Monaco but i continued it with full pictures of my trip to Tuscany and also did Maranello too (just returned a couple of days ago now). You can get to the Ferrari factory from Tuscany in about 2 hours on the toll roads.

A group of F chatters met twice in Tuscany for great rides. Search with "Tuscany Rally" in the european section and you will find great readings.

    Ciao

I actually inquired about this a year or so ago. I have the PDF brochure/rates if anyone is interested. The price ranges from a 1 day tour of Rome at $1,700 Euro for each person and $10,800 Euro for an 8 day tour. Everything else is in the middle. (2008 price list).

From the brochure: Deposit for the car: 15.000,00 euro for Ferrari 430 Spider F1; 20.000,00 euro for Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano F1 and Ferrari 612
Scaglietti F1; 25.000,00 euro for Ferrari 430 Scuderia F1. For Incentive and Events forfait deposit to be communicated.

I am going with my wife and my folks. We are taking my folks for their 50th wedding Anniversary. I will aslo post pics upon our return.
I think the ferrari factory is making an exception for us (4 people) because of their 50th.........very nice of them.

Its my understanding that parties are limited to (3) people.

Hello everyone... let me tell you this trip was soooo worth it! The scenery, the food, the cars... I've done Italy by Vespa before but Italy by Ferrari (http://www.dolcemag.com/?p=3579) tops it! I will post photos shortly along with the factory tour. This trip is a must... you only live once.

I am actually in Tuscany at this very moment! Staying in Gaiole in Chianti but travelling home tomorrow.

I visit this area about 2-3 times per year, simply stunning.
