Watched Too Gun Maverick last night after been years not been to the cinema... must say I loved it. Cleverly done for the oldies that watched it in the 80’s and the current generation
It seems everyone else is allowed to make jokes. Odd. I guess if you have an agenda you can find something in anything. Sig www.pless.com.au/mechanics.htm
It's all I ever do.....no one wants to join in. They're more focused on finding ways to get me banned.
Don't get paranoid. All that's happened is you've now joined the rest of us. It's a good thing - we should all be on the same (very low) level.
If you say so. For mine, what's happened is that the large amount of leeway you used to get is not there any more because your enablers are no longer allowing you to do it. That is as much an observation of them as it is of you. In the interest of balance, Rob (in his previous guise) also used to get the same amount of slack and often crossed the line. He has clearly changed the way he approaches this forum and everyone is enjoying the fact he's back in this way. It's not hard. Just don't bring up ancient stuff that no-one else cares about. Life is too short. Everything else you're doing (especially now the aviation stuff which I and many others are following with genuine interest) is where you should be focussed.
**** me! It's funny! His Porsche, that he posted photos of HIMSELF 100s of times was covered in dents.....and he said something about his eyesight....so get it? It's funny! Everyone made fun of that photo! Apparently it's only funny if it's someone else who comments. This has become ridiculous.
I guess when there is personal history there is always the chance that anything you say and intend as a joke may be seen differently by others. The smart thing to do is not comment on anything regarding that person that could be construed in that way. It's not that hard. There are plenty of us to make fun of!
I understand what you're saying, but I think it wouldn't be an issue if the people concerned didn't have an agenda. It was a harmless comment that simon felt compelled to comment on because he knows that's exactly the reaction to have to achieve their objective. So yes, you're right. But it's dumb.
