    A book by CS Lewis that is written from the perspective of a series of letters from an elder deamon to a younger demon-in-training. The demons' purpose is to tempt humans and keep them away from God.

    If you believe that there is a "devil", it offers great insight into how such a devil might work.

    Even if you don't believe in a devil, it's a very cool read because of the psychology, reverse psychology, and manipulation the demons practice.
