doesn't Art have a Baron? I guess they haven't made a Twin Bo in over 50 years.

Twin Bonanza and a Baron aren't really comparable. The T-BONE had geared Lycoming engines that were quite reliable when operated carefully but had a low TBO (I believe 1200 hrs). Parts are fairly rare. Overhaul costs will be quite high now though.

The aircraft had a HUGE cabin beam which allowed a rather unorthodox 3 abreast seating arrangement but had WONDERFUL flying qualities (It was based on the Bonanza and had the same wing design as the Queen Air - later King Air models)

Typically you could expect 165 knots on 40 GPH if flown conservatively. Watch out for maintenance costs though as it was only produced years and parts will be hard to find. Very rugged airframe.

Didn't the Queen Air also have the same Geared Supercharged flat 6 engines?

As I understand, the QA was basically a larger Twin Bonanza. ...and the King Air a larger version with turboprops?

I'm not a Beech expert, but I thought the King Air 90 was a pressurized Queen Air with PT6s. Same basic size, however. Of course, with the 200 and 350 they got bigger and bigger...
