I wanna know if Ton is ready to sell the thing :D

he's had his fun so should be ready for another project , maybe TT a 430 or 550 just for laughs.

Also one thing people haven't asked is , if the TT F40 needs such close maintenance checks from what you've said Phil, wouldn't this be similar for the 355TT ?

Ive have wondered the same thing. Surely it cant be less than a F40. You cant really argue that this car has more "Engineering" put into it?

    Or can you?

Weld a spent Milo Tin on the end as well??

Makes for a nice "Lamarossa" esque addition to one's vehicle.

    errr. where to start??

The F40 is a low compression low boost pressure 475 ish BHP car. it is designed to be that way, and all components can handle it (pretty much). It doen't need any special care John, where did you get that impression from?

It suffers from pretenders fiddling with things that don't need touching, and also problems due to lack of use....but that's a problem throughout Ferrari land....

The 355 is designed to handle about 380BHP, so going up to 600+ in theory has to stretch the limits a bit, but I've seen Ton's car, and had a ride in it... and so far it takes it on the chin and asks for more... but like all slugger boxers... you know, or at least expect, that when it DOES hit you, you aint gonna get up for a while!! I guess we better keep hitting it.

Seriously, I cant over state this, it is astonishingly fast. I am so impressed with its speed and drivability, and the install job on the development car is great, never mind the retail spec intentions, which are exemplary.

I'm amazed no-one has gone ahead yet. If I had the car/money I wouldn't hesitate. It can all be unbolted remember, and either swapped to another car or re-sold. So, even though the cost is not bad anyway, it's not even a total write off.

    Come on People with 355's.....

hey goobs, surely you've got enough time on your hands to write "are" instead of "r" or "you" instead of "u"

I just say that because AHG was complaining that he can't understand SMS language!!... Plus, evidence would suggest that you do seem to have time on your hands!! (I especially like the photo's you pluck from wherever that seem to fit just about anything we're talking about... In fact, I'm gonna start a thread a bit like a word association, where we can all test you...)

Anyway, I think the kit was about AUD$40k, but if you search through the thread you'll find it. Or Ton could confirm?

ahh, well guess what, thats mostly what i do, and sometimes i provide an oppinion and often have to defend it, so maybe thats the answer, not to provide an oppinion, and just listen to other peoples oppinions, it doesnt make sence, but maybe it will work,
oh and i could do without the nasty comments please buddy,
    would be much apreciated, cheers

everywhere you go in life you're almost drowning in oppinions of people who can't help but to give it. most of what i pay attention to here is well-informed and useful, or at least funny. before unleashing your keyboard ask yourself if you have something to learn or something to teach, and you might find your opinions respected/useful to others.

oh, and... which one are you, bib or bub... or have you's merged?

Another thing would be to learn how to construct a sentence, and use correct spelling.

It just gives a poor impression of someone (in my opinion anyway) if you spell every second word wrong and have 4-line sentences.

true, my spelling has allways been one of my downfalls, but my sentences allways got me good marks at school.

we have all ways been seperate people, we are just good friends, like you ash, and goober. To answer your question, this is braeden.
Someone decided, that they should get our accounts disabled, and for some unknown reason, it worked. I dont know why, because we both post from our own computers. f50@hotm.... hasnt created another account, because he is still grumpy about his account being disabled.

well look at your previous post:

you have 11 commas in that post, and not a single full-stop - so that whole thing is suppose to be one sentence is it? :?
