The 365 has been listed a couple of times now. The 412 doesn't look familiar though.
Do you feel the pricing is too low or high?
I would think the 365 should command a higher price tag than the buy it now $38,750. Tool kit & jack, manuals & service records intact.

    Good day Larry,

The 365 has been discussed several times on here. Do a search on its chassis number. Further, it has been listed for a long time... a year perhaps? When I inquired abut this car, they wanted $37K for it... however, it would appear that there is some issues with the car and so it does have some needs and hence $$$$.

As for 412s... All I can say is the pricing is all over the map. In Calgary there is one that has been for sale for about a year or so... Prior to this Spring it was offered for around $33.5K CAN and now they are asking $52.9K CAN ???? go figure... My guess is that it will be back down to $33.5K in the late Fall...

    Cheers,

    Sam

I would have to agree. 412 pricing is a hit or miss thing. I heard about a 412 selling for about 25k in Feb, 2010. Then it showed up on ebay for low 30k's in May. Sold for about 32k and then was back on market a few weeks later for high 40k's. Oh wait....that was me... Guess its worth whatever you or someone else might be willing to pay. I for one, could not be happier with the 412 purchase. My old 330 has been regailed to second fiddle. I just love the 412. Better handling, more comfort, stronger engine. I can not fault it. Whatever repairs I might have to make due to my constant 412 driving are well earned. I'm so very glad I didn't sell it. At least until the next repair... Buy it if you want it but above all else buy carefully. Better to have open eyes than a closed bank account. Pardon the unsolicited opinion but that's my forte. 330Guy

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the 412 so much. You might need to change your username.
