I have just soda blasted and repainted
my origional 14's. Will post a pic when they r back
    tommorrow.

    Q. Can I put 215 70 14's on the back rather than the origional
    205's that I currently have?.

    Anyone done this?

    Cheers

Those wheels look great. What did you use for paint? What color is it? Did you clearcoat them also?

    I had 225 60 14 's with no problems width wise.

Doug - what are the implications re handling etc with the extra height.
I really only wanted to do it to add a bit more of a muscular
look. I suspect if it was such a great idea they would have done it back in the seventies.

I had a local shop do it and they called our Ferrari agent at the other end of our country! - to get paint specs - so I assume it is specification. . It was clear coated, and the wheels were a terrible mess - with quite extensive soda blasting required.

Sorry can't help with exact colour. I am soon to do a repaint so will try to find out.

    Cheers
