Hi all, i was reading recently about the Burj Al-arab hotel (that crazy sail-shaped structure on a miniature island off the coast of dubai). there have recently been lots of pics of it relating to tiger woods hitting golf balls off of it and a tennis match (agassi and federer).. and also, the first pics of that yellow 430 spider were from dubai. anyway, does anyone here live in Dubai or visit extensively? any cool stories? seems like a very interesting place, and i'd love to visit it one day.
Some folks in Dubai are building a Ferrari theme park... Dubai is way up there on my list, right next to Monaco, of places i want to visit...

Dubai seems to be the "Monte Carlo" of the Middle East. They host a lot of "premier" events-and like Monaco, it's a "rich playground".
