Yep, now you mention it you can tell Rhonda was scared from the start.

She looked desperate chasing her around the ring, trying for an early finish which never happened.

I can't say I am looking forward to the rematch as I don't really follow MMA/UFC, but I think I already know the outcome.

Holly will dance around again, landing punches and will end in a KO victory for her again.

I am very pleased that Holm won. I wanted her to win, but didn't expect her to.

I was getting so tired of the Rousey hype train, and also, her attitude. You don't have to be a ***** to be the Champ, as Holm now proves. The way she attacked Holm at the weigh-ins was pathetic. Hearing that Rousey's coach claimed she could stand with Holm was pathetic as well. This loss is good for Rousey - she needed to be knocked back down to earth.

Letourneau did a great job against Joanna, much better than I expected. I wish she would have continued to clinch and grapple, as she was having some success there, but seemed to abandon it after the 2nd round.

...And to have Rousey on the cover of Ring magazine put it over the top. B**ch doesn't even know how to box!

So Armen, how do you think Holm would do against your girl Cyborg? I'd give the edge to Holm in standup......

I have to agree - I count myself as a casual fan, but soured of recent times. A little to high and mighty, and I have to confess (wrong as it may be) her political endorsement sent me over the edge.

Just another coddled, misinformed child. I still think she's a bad ***, but nothing wrong with a clock cleaning to reset priorities! :D

I believe Rousey is so used to getting the easy takedown and then dominating on the ground. She expects it every time. Its clear Rousey doesn't train very hard, as her lack of boxing skills demonstrate. Rousey just wasn't prepared to fight. The same thing happened to Tyson.

I disagree, I believe Rousey trains as hard as anyone. I bet that she spend the vast majority of her training time on standup. The thing is, there is no amount of training that Rousey can do to approach where Holm is at in the standup game. They are just too far apart. Even finding training partners that can mimic Holm's level is next to impossible.

The same can be said for Rousey's Judo level compared to Holm's. Of course, in this past fight, Judo never really came into play. Holm did an excellent job at keeping distance, and staying away from clinches. Holm completely controlled the fight.

No one commented on McGregor / Aldo?

I'm not a fan of either, but will say I wanted Aldo to win. He was destroyed, so he's out of the picture. UFC had better put McGregor in with Frankie Edgar, or I am going to be pissed. While on that, McGregor is fooling himself if he thinks he's going to go 155 - I can't see him against Cerrone or someone like Benson Henderson.

Always thought Rockhold was underrated, especially after the Belfort fight. He put on a clinic against Weidman.

I watched the Aldo/McGregor fight...........only because all 13 seconds of it is all over Facebook. Lol :p

Definitely put him to sleep, lucky punch perhaps? I don't know, don't really follow them and I don't know how good McGregor really is. :)

I think he's clearly talented and very confident, but would he be exposed by someone like Cerrone (if he moved up to 155)? I believe so, yet I've been wrong so many times in the past!!!

Massive UFC weekend with 3 events put on. Almost was too much!

Edgar looked phenomenal! His footwork and movement is incredible - he absolutely should get a shot at McGregor before anyone else. Speaking of McGregor - that was the most disappointing title fight I recall ever seeing. Heck, if you blinked your eyes, you could have easily missed it. Aldo looked over eager as the fight was about to start, and continued to look over eager once started. He got caught, plain and simple. There was no patience shown by Aldo at all. Chalk all of that up to McGregor's trash talking, because it obviously worked.

Weidman did not look 100%. If he was at 100%, Rockhold certainly outdid him handily.

2 belts changing hands on 1 night equals a massive night.

Rose looked amazing against VanZant. She clearly exposed VanZant's place in the hierarchy, and that is that she still has a way to go before she is ready to enter the upper echelon of the division. VanZant is tough as nails, but still has a lot to learn. She is so young though, and will be a force in the division in a few years, I am sure.

Do you guys thing that Aldo and/or Weidman deserve immediate rematches?

No. Unless the fight is closely contested, immediate rematch is the last thing I care to see. UFC will go with the money, which is why Rousey (unfairly) gets a rematch with Holm, but I'm against it.

I was at the fights this weekend. It was amazing. The Irish were going bonkers....
Watching Aldo from where we were it almost looked like he just tripped but then went limp. What a crazy fight.

It was pretty cool I sat right behind Frankie Edgar and was talking with him about fights, weight cut etc.

I'd MUCH rather see a McGregor vs Aldo rematch than a Rousey vs Holms rematch.
Rousey got her A** handed to her. Aldo got caught. If the girls fight again, same outcome. if the guys fight again, there is NO WAY it'll be a 13 second fight again.
