Me too...its like 30% off market price if serviced, 20% if serviced...very very cheap...has it been in some kind of accident?

Could be either previously damaged or may not present as well as some other low mileage cars..........

Agree. I saw another low mileage TR while mine was in service yesterday. It was good from afar but far from good. Also had other service issues.

This car has been sitting at Gullwing for a LONG time. Peter might take even less for a straight cash transaction.

Paint looks damaged from the front angle picture near the front of the hood. Something is off with the fitment of the leather and carpeting from the interior shot, but it's hard to tell from the low res. photos. Nevertheless, it could potentially be a great deal.

Always hard to tell when the pictures are taken that far away.

Has anyone seen the chain of ownership on it ? Or serve history ? It does seem priced low.

I mean they do tend to sell garbage...
That being said, exception aside good/well sorted TR should be 90-100k, bargains in the 80’s, comcour, rare colour 100k plus

A lot of 20K-ish mile TR's showing up on AutoTrader lately in the $85-$110 "asking" price range.

Given the fact that car buying season is officially over for the next 4 or 5 months (we had snow flurries here yesterday...ugh!), those cars will probably just sit there for a long time and not sell.

I'm seeing the same thing in the Porsche market. Sellers holding firm on "yesterday's prices" and just not accepting the reality of the declining market.

Uh no- there are no 80k ish auto trader trstarossa for 85 to 95. With less than 40k miles
I run a search on everyday and the cheapest for sale in the US now is a 52k miles 82kusd testarossa in nappa.
Next in line the asking price for all is 99k up to some silly 130k plus those are 20k and sub 20 k cars.

I probably should have typed that differently.

I meant that there seem to be a lot of 20K mile cars showing up. There are also more cars in the $85-110K (some of which have 20K or less miles.....that number probably increases over the next 4-5 months IMO) hitting the market as well.

And I agree with your assessment that:

"exception aside good/well sorted TR should be 90-100k, bargains in the 80’s, comcour, rare colour 100k plus"

When the TR market started climbing, dealers and other speculators snapped up every TR they could. They would pay 35-40k for a car..which was the market back then. Sit on the car for a bit, then advertise it for more then double what they paid. Some made big money from it. Others held on too long. This 80k car could be one of the left overs. Bought for 35, held on to it too long, but yet, still able to more then double the money. Still a good investment for the seller.

I think the 355 would be (much) higher if it were a Berlinetta instead of a spyder.

Many of the valve guide issues have been fixed by now. So i really dont count that anymore when it comes to over all value. The car speaks for itself, and also reflects what people are willing to pay.
