The newly reformed V12 group of the UK's FOC was invited to D K Engineering's premises on Sat 9 August and some 20 cars attended. The participants enjoyed a comprehensive tour of the facilities and were able to see a selection of very interesting cars.

The pictures give a taste of the cars present:

    Thanks Grant.

There was one silver Daytona, which I was unable to photograph as the light was awkward. Sean probably knows the name of the owner.

The UK V12 Group were invited to a barbecue at a long standing FOC member's lovely house in Sussex on 31 August. The turnout included 2 Lussos, 4 Daytonas, 275 GTS, 330 GTC, 365 GT and a very nice replica SWB - which the owner declared as such and was completely candid about its provenance.

Were the Iso / Bizzarrini club there too? I know the host owns a Bizzarrini Stradale as well. Would have gone if I had been in the UK at the time.

Yes, HJ's Bizzarrini, which can just be seen in one or 2 photos. plus two Griffos, a Rivolta and a Lele.

You missed a great day and hopefully more V12 owners will be tempted out in the future!

The last photo suggests the vent was gate-crashed by a recent injected car !

Hmmmm. A special dispensation I think, as the owner's fabulous Daytona was at Salon Prive just a few days later! At the time the finishing touches were being completed.
