Ultimate Car Rally 2006

I am going to this rally organized by an acquaintance of my Kimble....if any u guys have been following the Gumball rallys over the past few years, held in Russia, South Afica, San Francisco....

u will know when i say some of the wildest whackiest talented top guys have already enrolled...

They are share the same mentality WIN OR DIE.

1) Herr Roy the M5 Polizei

2) Ghost Rider in his 996 800HP twin turbo, but more famous for his Ghost Rider Movies.. check him out no one can outrun him on his hayabusa...the ultimate devil and my hero Well this time he will be in the car, and i am sure the police will really like to know his identity! He has appeared on national news footage in Holland and Germany being chased by cops but always outrunning them...

5) Another yellow Enzo at the factory now undergoing modifications for larger fuel tanks. They were in the Gumball 4000 this year. Support Car is the younger brother's Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Went up to 360km/h on a public road in Morrocco for the last Gumball. Filmed footage. But it broke down chasing Lonman's GT2

8) Swedish Owner of Carrera GT (Also modified fuel tanks)

9) "Dado" from DTMpower.net possibly in a Bentley Sedan

10) "Birdman" with 800hp 993 or his 1200hp 996

11) Kimble has announced that he has accepted an entry by an ex formula one driver with the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4. Rumored to be Eddie Irvine

12) "Torquenstein" infamous for his 180km flip in his viper in the last race.

13) "Tango", a real baron with a real castle from Scotland

14) Two teams with another two Carrera GT

15) "Lemans" with his SLR

16) Zonda entry

17) Possibly my Merc....but haizz its not really comfortable..and its not registered and if i have to pay european taxes...well....1.5 years to work out the sums....worse case senario get a Carrera GT, should be much cheaper by then

I am so not bringing my gf, thats for sure.

 

On Second thought perhaps i will just go for the end dinner....being doing the sums...hmmmn apprx...200-300k for logistics, backup, support vehicle, lawyers, pvt airmedic transfer, insurance...etc

Spoke to a couple of friends over breakfast...well some of them are actually keen...big mouth, if they go i also have to go...asian and the "face"...well let see, but he is a very well known driver from hong kong....so should be safer if he sets the pace...
