    Most ladies don't want to hang out in a garage, even if it is a really nice garage. I would bet 99% of the women attached to a man that will pay for this extravagant house will only sleep there. The kitchen will not get used, and the women's closet will probably be at least 500 s.f. to accommodate all the fashion needs of the lady of the house. Women that want to hang out with men and enjoy automobile events usually are limited to houses that do not exceed 7000 s.f. Sometimes it is okay for guys to hang out.
