Greatest song ever recorded ? Im making a soft rock compilation for my iPod and I am constantly amazed how that song sends shivers up my spine. Its not my favorite song... BUT in my opinion it might be the most perfect song ever recorded. Thoughts?
haha, it's a great song, used it to ask my prom date to go to prom with me, she said yes as long as i stopped singing, believe it or not, true story.
..........hmmmm. Genesis-"It".....and "The Rodeo Song"....might top it off with King Crimson "21st Century Schizoid Man"
Amongst the chattel brought by my wife into our marriage was her time-worn copy of "Sweet Sounds of the Browns", in Living Stereo, including as cut one on side two "Unchained Melody" by Hy Zaret and Alex North, from the Warner Brothers motion picture release "Unchained". Oh, the memories..... "Unchained" was released in 1955, and starred Elroy "Crazy Legs" Hirsch as Steve Davitt, a prisoner at the California Institution for Men in Chino, California.
You actually sang a song to ask a girl to prom? Why not just say "Will you go to prom with me?" We need more details Scott.....
well you've got to have these on the soft rock comp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhNrrrCCTdA or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tj9JUKqVG_k
