    Does anyone know if the carbon fiber look under door option on the Scuderia/16m is really just cosmetic or is it an actual carbon fiber part?

    It's carbon fiber... Ferrari dosent do carbon look.

    It does on the optional carbon door handles, that's why 360TREV came up with the fully carbon version. :)
    The rest is full carbon fibre as you say.

    I was curious because it reads on the window sticker "carbon fiber look".

    In addition some of the roof components on the 575 Superamerica were done in carbon fiber look.

    To answer the original question the under door carbon fiber is indeed real carbon and not carbon fiber look. Whether or not the engineering benefits of CF are realized in this piece is another discussion altogether but it is a nice cosmetic upgrade at an eye watering price from Ferrari.
