Undertray rear spoiler

At high speeds , we got a buzzing sound on the car and discovered that it’s the black piece under the spoiler that’s not set evenly and is rattling. Anyone have this issue ? Experience?

I doubt that the external body piece will be covered by Ferrari warranty or even under the [emoji639]rd party warranty I bought.
