I was afraid to open the post, as we all knew presumably what the contents were going to be, but what can I say, this will put an end to it (hopefully). Thank you for the great story! Regards, Alberto
Never seen the dino badge mounted that way before? Car sounds like it needs a good tune up, fluffy carbs
Tony, Watch the whole thing - thieves cut out the rear panel around the badge and the new owner wanted something a little different when it was put back. Great story.
Who else could've actually investigated something like this to this extent??? http://jalopnik.com/5933077/we-solved-the-mystery-of-how-a-ferrari-ended-up-buried-in-someones-yard?utm_source=Jalopnik+Newsletter&utm_campaign=282826f6ec-UA-142218-9&utm_medium=email
Nicely done (and pretty consistent with my recollection of the story from back in the day), albeit full of misinformation on the so-called "chairs & flares package".
This is a cool update to a car most Dino people have heard in Folk Lore. The real story, THIS TIME, seems to make the REPORTS make sense and even better.
