Ask the guy with the funny looking Enzo. He's on here and posts from time to time. I think he knows...
If you're serious (and it sounds like you are), you have definitely come to the right place: http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=137406973 http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=138450775 http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=269278 http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=270008 http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=137967032
Somehow, that didn't read as tongue-in-cheeky as I wanted it to be even with the winky face. So to translate: Ask user "Napolis" who is on here a LOT. The far from "funny looking Enzo" is his famous P4/5. The "funny yellow" car you're asking about -- the 206 Dino Competizione -- is his too.
For us F-chat regulars, it can sometimes sound like somebody asking a question like the one above means that they have not been to Planet Earth. What it actually means is, they have, they just haven't been to Planet F-chat yet. So don't worry OP, perfectly acceptable question. For your information/interest: there was an article in Octane Magazine last year (or perhaps 2008) that featured this lovely prototype owned by Napolis as mentioned, as well as the Lancia Stratos prototype. Very worth while looking out for! Onno
What's with the black tongue sticking out of the nose?? Is that an aero aid?? It just looks so out of place on an otherwise gorgeous car.
Its some sort of spoiler and I'm sure it was just artistlic lisence as this was a bit of a styling excersise for the upcoming production car. Its a pretty car. From Kings Park? I was in Kings Park last night. Small world.
