    We should meet up sometime. I am in Placentia. Its a nice ride up the 91 getting there and a nice ride through the B roads on the way home.

    well even if they are.... you cant get 94 in So. Cal... so a mix of Super unleaded and the 100 octane (which is UNLEADED as well) gets you above the 94 level...

    and im tellin you...the exhaust smell is intoxicating!!

    lets also keep in mind that racing fuels have different stoich a/f ratios, so just tossing 100 octane in isn't a great idea for any reason.

    If you have a car tuned for 100 octane, fine.

    Basically, datalog your car to see if you are getting knock retard, and if so, you may benefit from higher octane.

    Hey bud. Hope you've been well.

    Yes, that's what I do- mix in 6 - 7 gallons of 100 on a fill up to get to 94. Figured it's a good way to experience the cars the way they were meant to be experienced.
