AutoGespot.com-member "OJ" spotted this strange Spider in Monaco recently. http://i40.tinypic.com/10qwfon.jpg Could this be a new project from the coachbuilding-department? Another member ("Tim") spotted the same car in Maranello. http://img518.imageshack.us/my.php?image=72988193yv5.jpg http://img152.imageshack.us/my.php?image=62857883tt0.jpg http://img294.imageshack.us/my.php?image=10813442rw6.jpg Does anyone have more information about this car?
Yeah' Just a swapped aftermarket front bumper. Suppose to be a GT3 design done by a company ....I can't recall the name at the moment.
I believe that is the replacement for the 430. Has the styling of the same car talked about in other threads on here. Only difference is this is a spider.
Isn't it strange it was spotted near the factory, with a Ferrari-testdriver behind the wheel? Does that mean it came out of the factory like this?
Man I hope not. That front end looks awfully riced. Not my problem as I won't be buying one, but I wouldn't like it.
I find it awfully coincidental that a test driver is driving the car behind a test 599. I don't think a customer would enter into the customer build program just to change a bumper.
Unique, sometimes begins like... ugly !! But not like good taste !! And what about this SP1 factory specials ?? Image Unavailable, Please Login
From Monaco thread: What a small world! I visited Maranello over the summer and saw the black Enzo, this 430 and the Range Rover at Planet Hotel. I remember thinking that it (the 430) had a strange bumper, and I wondered if it was aftermarket or from a Scuderia or something. They were father & son and were wearing track clothes as if they had been at Fiorano. They then went in the gift shop and bought a lot of shirts and hats. I have a pic of the Enzo around here somewhere...
