    Goes down in footwell ahead of the console. The 2 widely spaced holes mount to firewall and I believe the rear 2 holes are what the left side of the passengers footwell cover plate screws to.

    Spot on!
    CoincidentIy I just noticed this part the other day when I was tidying up some loose wires from a previous amp install.
    I'm missing the screws that hold the kick panel to this panel
