Good evening, while installing a new DAB+ radio with my head below the dash in the passenger footwell, I realized that there is a release handle there (same type as for fuel filler flap with T-shaped handle and a string). I am not sure what its supposed to do and which seems be non operational. Car is 1996 F355 GTB with airbags, left hand drive. Any ideas?

The diagrams, in some cases, do not show every single part, especially when similar parts are repeating. You will note that the catalogue lists two part numbers for the cable #17, RH and LH, and also shows that the quantity required for the T-handle is "2". Image Unavailable, Please Login
