    For sale an unused, almost mint, spare wheel for a 308. Manufacture date April 1976. Still wearing both original decals. also the Michelin tire is the original, unused one.

    I laughed at it, and threw one in the trash, years ago.....from my #22127.

    Texas is a "full size spare" operating zone.

    But, "....if I then, what I know now!!!"

    I lended mine to a "fellow F-club member" , helped him out, and (quite some time) later when I heard he was about to sell his car and I wanted it back, the f*cker "upgraded" the borrowed spare to "given". The *sshole.. Thanks Erik, but no thanks !!!

    That story is worse than mine!
    At least I shot my own foot with no outside help.

    I saw it said "Dino" and thought "The 308GTB is not a Dino.."

    I was convinced (without any research) that it was not original to the car...of course NOW it's hard enough to find the V rated tires for the ROAD wheels!!!

    When JRV (the Shop Owner) died, he left behind pallets of OEM parts, in the rain in his back yard....it was probably among them....
