That is an interesting example indeed. I have never seen one before. I saw a 400i convertible by Lorenz yesterday. But this is completely different. Ton
I'm looking at this car next week as a possible purchase and would appreciate hearing from anyone who might have any wisdom. It was apparentley a conversion done by Banham who did a lot of work on Aston Martins and Jaguars.
I love this car, beautiful. they sell them for a very fair (and low) price, it's still a ferrari and cheap to buy. I'm thinking of buying a cabrio conversion to join my collection.... How much do they sell this conversion, tell us, if you want of course.... greetings, vincent.
Tom, Good luck in your decision. The car looks beautiful. Does it have all the books? Is it well maintaned? Do you have more pictures? Ton
They have some really nice cars..look familiar http://www.classiccarshop.co.uk/Cars/ferrari_328_gtb.htm This is top, top money for a GTB in the UK. Might be worth listing in the UK somewhere Simon? ebay just to see if there is any interest.
Seem to be crazy prices asked for 328's in the UK. Thats well into 355 teritory and bordering on 355 spider money over here. Unfortunately cos mines LHD and by the time you've added the VAT etc it's not worth it for me to try and sell in the UK...I'd be getting the same price as I'm asking here.
If you thought that 400 was unusual; what about this one? A Ferrari 400i Elaborazioni E. Pavesi everything is electric. The doors (yes the doors!!), lit, seats, it has a minibar, airo, soundsystem, wood interiour and special interiour. It's built in 1984 and has driven 69,000km. For sale for 25,500 euros (incl. VAT) in Holland. http://www.almereclassiccars.nl/info.asp?i=82 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You make a fair point sir. I think I want to move to Switzerland. 355 spider here (RHD) would be 60kish.

Looks nice...concours condition...but who really wants a right-hand drive?? Big money - would be surprised if he got it. MARK
Now you're talking....wrong colour though! Debs has given me permission to look at 360's but not at 512-TR's MARK
Simon - those two cars above, are they Swiss prices? And are you definitely selling??? If so, what oldie do you have in mind? MARK
Flights booked, papers sorted, job quit, I'm staying at yours. I need this car, you just-don't-understand.
