Not original, unless some very explicit documentation shows (special clients received special treatment. There was/is a tobacco colored interior that looked similar, but not in the trunk or sills.

If yellow (giallo) its okay with brown interior.
Thats the way they did it in the start of that decade.
My lightyellow Fiat (giallo champagne) had dark brown interior at its birth.
The previous owner changed the seatfabric to leather instead, and light´end up the colour at bit, and im happy as it is for now.
Still the carpets are the original dark brown, and its VERY dark brown !
I dont understand the choise of colours, but i do respect them as originals.
So my Fiat will stay "giallo" with "marrone" interior as long i own it !
And i´ll just concentrate on the mechanics instead...

The leather color is fantastic! I would definitevely keep it! It was a popular color combination in Europe in the early 70's on Capris, Porsches, Mercedes and of course British Leyland! The brown leather would be ideal with black, grigio or a dark blue exterior. Are you registered on Ferrari's owners site? It's free and you can register your Dino. They'll give you your original color combination. Go to www.ownersferrari.com

"Chassis number 07768 was first registered in 1974. In 1991, at approximately 51,000 miles, the car was thoroughly overhauled by well-known Ferrari specialist Bob Houghton, including a complete engine rebuild and total refurbishment of suspension and braking systems. More recently, in 2003, it was subject to a bare metal re-spray, when the colour was changed from classic Ferrari red to the Giallo Fly Yellow colour present on the car today. Subsequently purchased by the current owner from Bob Houghton's in 2005, the car has since been lovingly brought up to its present condition, including a recent comprehensive service which involved the fitting of new spark plugs, brake pads and a 'quick' steering rack. This is an excellent example of this classic Ferrari and will provide the new owner with all the style, panache and performance that one would expect from Italy's most revered sports car manufacturer"

    Coys Catalogue: September 2008.

"Full engine, gearbox, suspension and brake rebuild at Bob Houghtons, with bills exceeding £53000. Full bare metal re-spray, interior refurbished and re-carpeted. Just serviced including brake pads. It is kept in a de-humidified garage. This car drives like new and must be the prettiest Dino in captivity. Please phone xxx xxxx"

Thanks Matthias. I didn't think it looked original. I may pop over and have a look at it just out of pure curiousity.
