Here is my original post from a little while ago regarding the codes I was pulling from my ECUs:

2 months into Ferrari and recently both CEL's (NOT slow down) came on during a drive. The CEL for bank 1-4 has come on once before with some associated strange engine behavior so I wasn't surprised by it coming on again. CEL for bank 5-8 come on for about a second - along with 1-4 - while driving this weekend and again, wasn't surprised because I've been lurking on this forum for about 14 months and know the CEL's are just a fact of life. Not in a panic or anything and my first course of action will be to disconnect the battery and perform ECU "re-learn". But if that doesn't clear any or some of the codes and I have to start turning wrenches, I figured I'd take a different approach and post the codes I pulled along with the steps I plan to take to remedy the CEL's and get input/advice on anything I may be missing.

Code 1112 (Engine Coolant Temp Sensor) on Bank 1-4. Pull electrical connections for Engine Coolant Temp Sensors under intake plenum, clean sensor connections and wire connections with contact cleaner, apply Stabilant 22a and reconnect.

Code 1113 (Throttle Potentiometer) on Bank 1-4. Disconnect TPS, remove throttle body, clean idle air bypass passages and re-set set screw (per proper procedure), replace gasket if necessary, re-install throttle body, clean and apply Stabilant to all electrical contacts and re-connect. I'm pretty positive this will resolve the issue because I have classic symptoms of this issue - burbling exhaust on decelleration, rough/searching idle, etc...

Code 1211 (MAF or O2 Sensor) on BOTH Banks. Since I have no idea when (or if) the MAFs were ever cleaned and since the majority of parts that have to be removed to address all of these codes are related or in close proximity, I am going to remove the MAFs first and clean them with MAF cleaner, pull the connections for the O2 sensors then clean and apply Stabilant to connectors and re-assemble . If the code persists on one bank, I will then swap O2 sensors to see if the problem follows and replace both O2s if the code persists on both.

Code 4121 (Catalyzer Temp ECU) on BOTH Banks. Remove ECUs and dry with automotive heat gun (set to appropriate temp), seal and re-install. Just washed, polished and waxed the car and assume some water got in them - just hoping there isn't too much damage and this fixes them so replacements aren't necessary (while @ ~ $330 per from Ricambi to replace isn't bad for "Ferrari World", I'd obviously still like ot avoid it).

If I missed anything, or anyone has something additional to add, the input is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Matt

After finishing all of the work as described in my first post, I performed the ECU reset and took the car out for a test run hoping that my issues were resolved, but unfortunately it appears they are not. While idling the car approximately 6-8 minutes into the ECU reset it sounded as though the car was searching for idle (although it was holding steady @ 10K on the Tach) and the 5-8 light came on. Knowing I had codes again, I let the car idle for another few minutes then took it out for test drive to see if additional codes would show on the 1-4 Bank. During the test drive, the 5-8 light came on intermittently and then much to my disappointment the 1-4 light came on just as I was pulling to a stop at the light coming into my development. Simultaneously, it felt as though the car was going to stall as it was, again, "searching" for idle. Back at the house, I promptly pulled the codes again getting 1211 and 1114 on both banks in addition to 1113 on the 1-4 Bank. Disconnected the battery, pulled all of the connections I had previously serviced (except CAT Temp ECU's since code didn't re-appear) cleaned again and re-connected. Did the ECU reset and drove it again. Yippee....no codes, car running well..............................for one day! :-(

Took the car out yesterday for a casual drive and CEL's are back. Good news is that the process performed on Cat Temp ECU's seems to have fixed that problem and code ihas not re-appeared. Bad news is that all of the other codes are back plus 2 more on Bank 1-4 and another on Bank 5-8. Codes are as follows:

1211 on both banks - MAF/O2/Coolant Temp Sensor
1114 ***new code on both banks*** - Oxygen Sensor
1414 ***new code on Bank 1-4*** - Injection Valve 3
1112 on Bank 1-4 - engine coolant temp sensor
    1113 on Bank 1-4 - Throttle Potentiometer

QUESTION 1: I have done a search regarding the engine coolant temp sensor, but I am a little confused as to exactly where I should be looking to resolve this issue (already removed and cleaned connection contacts at point under plenum) so I would appreciate any advice, diagrams, "step by steps" on what to do with this.

QUESTION 2: I am going to pull and clean all of the ground connections, but need to know how many there are and where they are.

QUESTION 3: Since I have thoroughly cleaned both MAF's, but not replaced O2 sensors - given 1211 AND 1114 are common codes to both banks and assuming I will have researched and worked the issues in questions 1 and 2 - should I replace to the O2 sensors to see if that is the problem or is it time to cry uncle and take the car to Competizione and let Richard and Fernando sort my problem(s)?

I know this post is long and maybe rudamentary to some, but for those who have read this far thanks in advance for any advice/guidance.

Too many things going wrong at once. I would check battery wiring, altenator wire adjacent to header. Make sure the ground strap was reinstalled after the last clutch change.

Sometimes a code can set another code, or make a false positive, but some of yours are very disparate.

I would also check the crank sensors.
