Hi Guys...just got back from Spain, so have not had time to make the car purchases. Here is where I stand: 1. Will order (prefer to find already in USA) the Vanquish S 2. Local dealer has three Masarati QPs ...all new...in the silver I want. 3. Based on many of your comments, I want to revisit the CGT idea. Tried to buy an 05 silver with grey interior, but was a day too late. So any knowledge of a silver one with delivery miles only, please let me know. 4. Still want to head for Roys in Seattle to pick up the Viola Diablo 6.0 None of the above are in competition with the other. The Vanquish S, QP, and Diablo are for sure choices. I have to look closely and drive the CGT to make a choice on that one. Except for the Diablo 6.0, I am looking for delivery miles only. Would consider under 500 miles if the price was right. As always, I appreciate any and all help you can offer on this situation. You guys are like gold with your suggestions, opinions, comments, and the general ".02 cents worth". Thanks in advance...
There was a silver CGT at the charity event in Columbia, SC last saturday. I think I overheard the owner saying he wants to sell it. Has had it for a year and wants to move on. Don't know how many miles. Someone else might be able to put you in touch with him. Seemed really nice. Congrats on the Diablo, always a great choice! **Don't know why the thumbnails don't work. Hey Big Bull, The silver CGT with grey interior was the unit with 27 delivery miles at Motorcars-Intl in Springful, MO that I was interested in. When I called, it had a deposit on it and yesterday was told that it already sold. The asking price was $389,000...a fair price to me. Thanks for the tip and wish I hadn't missed out on that one. The Viola Diablo 6.0 that I mentioned is located at Roy's in Seattle. It was first owned by the female rappor Missi Elliot. The color was an $8500 option and only five were ever produced. With one being totalled, there are only four left in the world. I believe Missi added about $20k of stereo equipment to it and is said to sound like a concert hall. So, I don't know if the "viola" purple was the same as on the SE.

First, the Diablo 6.0 in Roy's inventory link is the one I want. I never heard anything about missy's car being wrecked...sure hope that is NOT the car in the last three links! Roy has far too good of a reputation...I would be shocked to hear that he did something like that. Also, that would really mess up my purchase plans. What would I get to fill the vacant Diablo slot? Geez...would have to get a Gallardo SE or roadster.....LOL....
IT IS not the totaled one. This one replaced HER first wrecked one. They needed to continue using it in some Videos, so the second one was done for her....... This car has NEVER had any paint or body work, it is P E R F E C T
Reputation? I'd call it more of a "following" as people flock to his energy and "unique" style (no flamingo comment here). Roy has single handidly done more for the club members by spreading enthusiasm and participating in events than many dealers have. He is extremely resourceful, generous and the first to lend a hand when the chips are down.
I know my local P-car dealer has 3 CGT in stock (delivery miles only) and I think 1 of them is silver/gray. IRA Porsche in Danvers, MA. I know they told us that if you buy one they'll throw in a Boxster S so I guess you can get about $60k off??
